This BMV was such an enjoyable experience! For something that can be painful, a good BMV makes the experience so much better. Not only was the person helping so friendly, knowledgeable and kind but it was so fast. I had no wait time at all- and the whole process was 10 mins to renewal my license. Overall I will be going to location for BMV from now on!

Fantastic experience, I have had to wait in a out door line here before. However, every other time, I've spent 10-40 minutes waiting. The staff was very nice and pretty understanding. To renew license, just bring your old one unless it's expired for 90+ days, then mores needed. There is very little seating, and it's cramped, but they do utilize phone text or live wait website. Just walk in and fill in the info on the tablet outside of the door.

Terrible Customer service. Every time we go there it is always something. They also need to make sure they tell you the same information on the phone as they do in person. I called inquiring about a driver's permit for my daughter. I was told to stop in a get a study guide and there was no need to sign in just to get a book. Then when my husband gets there he gets yelled at for not signing in to get a book. Needless to say we didn't get a book and we will not go back. We will go to a deferent location.

Used to be a secret. A hidden BMV gem. I felt like no one in Licking County even knew about it. You would walk in and out in less than 5 minutes. I waited 45+ minutes on a Thursday morning. I guess my secret BMV isn't a secret anymore.
